When the right of withdrawal does not apply
EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The sections below cover the cases that may apply to the Pferdehof-Beck website.
Dated accommodation, rentals, catering or leisure services
Services tied to a specific date or period of performance — accommodation other than for residential purpose (hotels, vacation rentals), vehicle rental, transport of goods, catering and leisure services such as event tickets — are excluded from the right of withdrawal — Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
